Accessibility Statement

Last updated: [12/08/2026]

Accessibility is at the heart of what we do at CASE — it would be a poor reflection of our work if our own website fell short of it. This statement explains how accessible this website is, what we’ve done to make it accessible, and what to do if you run into a problem.

This statement applies to casesupport.co.uk.

Our commitment

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. That means you should be able to:

– Navigate most of the website using a keyboard alone
– Navigate the website using speech recognition software
– Use a screen reader to read the vast majority of the content (including NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver)
– Zoom in up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
– Read content in a clear structure, with sufficient colour contrast

We’ve also tried to make the website content as simple to understand as possible.

What we’re doing to improve accessibility

We are committed to continually improving the accessibility of this website. This includes:

– Reviewing colour contrast across the site against WCAG 2.2 AA standards
– Auditing image alt text and heading structure
– Testing key pages and forms with keyboard-only navigation
– Reviewing any documents we publish for accessibility before they go live

We aim to meet the **Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA**, which is the internationally recognised standard for web accessibility.

Technical information

This website is built on WordPress using the Astra theme and Elementor page builder. We have made deliberate choices in the site’s design and code — including colour, contrast, navigation structure and interactive elements — with accessibility in mind.

Reporting accessibility problems

Enforcement procedure

This website is operated by a private company and is not currently subject to the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018, which apply to public sector bodies. However, we take accessibility seriously as a matter of good practice, given the nature of the services we provide.
