Paul brings extensive operational oversight and delivery experience to developing and implementing specialist learner support, with 4 years' direct SEND experience and 9 years working across the education sector, supporting learners with diverse needs.
Cerys Ferriday
Director of Neurodiversity & Inclusive Teaching
Cerys is closely aligned with inclusive delivery, learner support processes and assistive technology implementation. Qualified teacher and SENDCO, with international experience and 20 years of education experience.
Roddy Christie
Executive Director
Roddy supports the strategic direction of the service and the wider development of inclusive support across provision, with 10 years' experience leading Apprenticeship Training providers and driving high-quality outcomes for learners nationwide.
